The project was designed by Botti Rubin architecture firm to meet the needs of companies seekingspaces with large floor plates of approximately 1,000 sqm, divisible into two suites of approximately500 sqm each. In addition to its excellent location, the building stands out for offering the mostupdated technological resources. Free of intermediate columns, Vista Faria Lima building allowsexcellent utilization of occupied area, total flexibility in interior planning and optimization oforganizational flow. Vista Faria Lima building meets all requirements for Triple A category, featuringquality finishing materials and the most modern building automation and supervision systems,electrical and plumbing installations, air conditioning, elevators, power generation,telecommunications, thermal and acoustic comfort, among others.

    Vista Faria Lima was developed to ensure access and exit alternatives for occupants and visitors,through Atílio Innocenti Street (main lobby) and Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Street. It also offers theconvenience and security of valet service: 420 parking spaces for tenants and visitors.

    Landscape architect Sergio Santana's proposal harmoniously integrates the building's ground floorwith the public space. The project uses certified wood and native, low water consumption plants.

    Featuring interior design by architect Patrícia Anastassiadis, the lobby boasts premium finishes andprivileged natural lighting. Security access to the tower is ensured by an efficient control systemmanaged at the reception and complemented by smart turnstiles.
  • FUNCTIONALITY

    For agility, security and convenience, there are 5 state-of-the-art passenger elevators with advancecalling integrated to the access control system. Vista Faria Lima also features 1 service elevator and 3dedicated elevators for garage access.
  • FLEXIBILITY

    The floor plates of approximately 1,000 sqm are column-free, a feature that maximizes the utilization ofavailable areas, allows flexibility in interior planning and optimizes organizational flow. Clear span of upto 26 meters.
